What's included in the Pro subscription?

Access to all Pro models — including thousands of 2D and 3D models in DWG, RVT, SKP, FBX and 3DS formats.

How much does Pro cost?

$10 per month when billed yearly, or $15 per month billed monthly. All prices are in USD and you can cancel anytime.

Is the yearly plan cheaper?

Yes — the yearly plan works out at $10/month versus $15/month on the monthly plan, so you save about 33% by paying once a year.

How many models can I download?

Up to 100 Pro models every month. The allowance resets at the start of each month.

Each unique CAD model counts as one download. Downloading the same model again — in any available format — never uses additional allowance.

What happens when I reach the 100-download limit?

You'll see a notice that you've reached this month's allowance. Your full allowance resets automatically at the start of the next month.

When does my download allowance reset?

At the start of every calendar month (UTC). Unused downloads do not roll over to the next month.

What is the difference between free and Pro models?

Free models are available to everyone at no cost. Pro models are our premium curated 2D and 3D content and require an active Pro subscription to download.

Do I need Pro to download the free models?

No. The free library stays free for everyone — Pro is only needed for the premium Pro models.

Which file formats do I get?

Where available for a model: 3D DWG, 2D DWG, RVT (Revit family), SKP (SketchUp), FBX and 3DS. You pick the format you need on the download page.

What software opens these files?

AutoCAD and any DWG-compatible app for DWG, Autodesk Revit for RVT, SketchUp for SKP, and most 3D suites (3ds Max, Blender, etc.) for FBX and 3DS.

How do I download after subscribing?

Instantly. As soon as your subscription is active you can open any Pro model and download it straight away — no cart, no checkout each time.

Do downloads come with a commercial license?

Pro downloads can be used in your commercial projects. Please see our license terms for the full details of permitted use.

Can I use the models in client projects?

Yes — you can use Pro models in your professional and client work under our standard license. Reselling the raw CAD files themselves is not permitted.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. There are no lock-in contracts — cancel from your account in one click and you keep Pro access until the end of the period you already paid for.

What happens to my account when I cancel?

Your account and download history stay with you. You simply move back to the free library and can re-subscribe whenever you like.

Will I be billed automatically?

Yes — your plan renews automatically each period so your access never lapses. You can turn off renewal by cancelling at any time.

Can I switch between monthly and yearly?

Yes. Change your plan at any time from your account — switch to yearly to save, or back to monthly whenever you like.

Can I upgrade from free to Pro at any time?

Absolutely. Pick a plan, check out securely, and you'll have full Pro access within seconds.

How do I update my payment method?

From your account under "My Subscription" → manage payment method. Card changes take effect on your next renewal.

Where can I see my download history and invoices?

Your account area shows your download history and billing history (invoices) for every payment.

How do I pay, and is it secure?

Payment is handled by Stripe over an encrypted connection — we never store your card details. All major cards are accepted.

Do you add new Pro models regularly?

Yes — the Pro library keeps growing. New premium 2D and 3D models are added on an ongoing basis and are included in your subscription.
