What file formats are included?
All plans include 3D DWG, 2D DWG, 3DS MAX, FBX, RFA (Revit Family) and SKP (SketchUp) formats where available for each product.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes — you can buy a different access pass at any time. The new purchase is processed through standard checkout.
What counts as one download?
Each unique CAD block product counts as one download. Re-downloading the same product does not use any additional quota.
How does annual access work?
Annual access is paid once upfront and gives you 12 months of access. There is no automatic rebilling while Stripe billing is disabled.
